Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for choosing Sadho. We appreciate your support and strive to provide high-quality, eco-friendly tableware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Natural Variations:

Many of our eco-friendly products, such as bagasse tableware, are made from natural materials. As a result, slight variations in color, size, texture, or finish may occur. These are not defects but a reflection of the natural and sustainable materials used in our products.

Returns:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return

-The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

-A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returning Bulk Wholesale Orders

-Bulk order return conditions may vary. Please contact us before initiating a return.

-Items must be in full, unopened cases and packed securely in an outer shipping box.

-Do not place shipping labels directly on the product packaging.

Returning Non-Wholesale Items

-Packaging must be unopened.

-We will not be responsible for transit Damage.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

-Sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

-we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

-Opened products (e.g., opened packs of bagasse plates or bowls) cannot be returned.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping:

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

-Shipping fees are non-refundable.
